Double-You is designed to discover, develop, and deploy the soul winners in your church.
Through, preaching, teaching, training, and regular double-doses of encouragement, we can help your congregation (or a committed core group within your congregation) help you.
The goal is to activate your help by encouraging believers to duplicate themselves once a year until Jesus comes. (Okay--for the next five years;-)
Pastor, sometimes it feels like we are growing seedless grapes. They look good and taste great, but they’re sterile. Because of that, the world has learned to experience Christianity without having to negotiate the seed of the word. And once our members are taken away from the elaborate life support system of the 'experience', instead of germinating and reproducing, too many of them rot.
- Have we taught believers by precept and practice, that it is the evangelist's and missionary's job to win the lost?
- Have we assured them that radio and television and advertising and buildings will attract new converts but all they need do is sow the seeds of their finances to keep these things going?
Somehow, pastor, too many saints have come to the conclusion that they don’t have the right or the responsibility to lead sinners to Christ themselves.

Sunday Morning Fire Starter
These are especially for churches and pastors that are not familiar with our ministry. Pick a Sunday and let Michael E. Evans get your congregation fired up about soul winning.
Two to Four Day Evangelism Explosion
If you believe we have something of value to offer, set up a two to four day kick-off meeting that will both inspire and inform. Through preaching, teaching, training, and equipping, we can get the people committed to, equipped for and excited about duplicating themselves each year.
Regular E-Mails & On Line Updates
After the meeting is over, we will send short e-mails regularly to further encourage and equip the participants to win souls. We want to gather and list names of participants, because it is encouraging to see the growing list of soul winners (and their converts) around the world that are in the effort with us. I’m not looking to build a mailing list for the purpose of exploiting and making merchandise of your congregation. If that is a concern for you, we will gladly send the daily e-mail to a contact person that can, in turn, forward it to the participants.
Weekly Activities
The “W” plan is set up on a thirteen week cycle: Six weeks Preparation • One week Celebration • Six weeks Preservation. Each week calls for a simple activity that will help participants win and disciple new converts. (Thirteen week cycles give each believer and your church four opportunities for duplication each year.)
Monthly Focus Groups
We're looking for churches that will commit to a year of soul winning focus. One of our associates will follow up the kick-off meeting with a one night (any night will do -- as long as it’s consistent) monthly visit to inspire and inform. This could be a time for teaching, training, testimonies, baptisms, etcetera. It is primarily a way to keep the evangelism fire burning and to let people know that soul winning remains a priority.
Quarterly Celebrations
Celebration Sundays are quarterly “big days.” (Food, Fellowship, Fun, Special Music & Presentations) They are a convenient opportunity to bring new people to church. The FREE Work Book lays out the details. Feel free to add any variations you like. A successful Celebration Sunday should bring four to five unchurched seekers per participating member to your church at least four times each year.
Free On Line Materials
Once again pastor, we’re not looking to make merchandise of your church or congregation. All essential materials are available to download and duplicate (on line) at no charge. Additional materials, both ours and others, will also be available, but not required, in order to participate.

| Discover, Develop & Deploy your Soul Winners
There are people in your ministry who are wondering why they are there. They are faithful. You can count on them. They pay their tithes and offerings. They don't give you any grief. But they are fruitless. And fruitlessness is the first stage of frustration.
You Need Help
You may have a lot of workers. You may even have an active "ministry of helps." But don't confuse activity with accomplishment. Just because people are busy doesn't mean they are about God's core business. And if they are not about God's business -- they are not helping you.
Activate Your Seedless Grapes
Churches are growing, but many christians are not. They may be growing in number and even growing older. But maturity is marked by reproduction. A lot of current church growth is coming from marketing rather than maturing, which means too many of us are probably growing Seedless Grapes.
Intergrate Your Church
97% of all churches are completely segregated. The 3% that are not, tend to be desegregated rather than intergrated. And the few that have achieved a modicum of intergration are still one step shy of what Jesus died to accomplish in the body of Christ -- Oneation! (See Ephesians 2)

Return To Your First Love
I pastored for thirteen years in one location and we built a good strong church that is still going strong. Out of that church we established seven other churches, four of which remain -- good strong churches. But somewhere in the twenty-five years that I have been doing this the focus changed, and I found myself almost hating church. I really hated the fact that I had left my first love -- souls. Have you?
Increase Must Be Gathered!
The harvest truly is plenteous, but the laborers are few. Jesus instructed us to pray that He, the Lord of the harvest, would send laborers into His harvest. For too long, we have confused harvest with the work of harvesting and then condemned the crop for not marching into the barn. We are raising up local lords (managers) of specified harvests, like Joseph of Genesis 41, to make sure the work gets done and the Lord gets glorified. You've got to hear me preach this one!
Ignite Your Church With The Passion Of God's Heart
Souls are the heart of God. Jesus came to seek and to save that which was lost. If you really want to see the power, presences, prosperity, and peculiar personality of God, get serious about winning souls.
